Fast Delta Sync
After the initial import, Gal Sync uses Microsoft Graph to pull only the changes. Syncs are incredibly fast and efficient.
Local Caller ID

We only add, update, and remove contacts created by Gal Sync. Your personal address book is completely safe.

Why 13?
10 was too low. 15 was too high. 13 made absolutely no sense, which is exactly why we liked it. So here we are: if your team fits within 13 people, Gal Sync is completely free. For small teams, a manual sync now and then is usually plenty. Once you outgrow 13, it’s time to go pro.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why do you need Contacts permission?
Gal Sync's core purpose is to write directory contacts into your iPhone. Without access to the Contacts database, it cannot create or update the synced contacts.
Will you mess up my personal contacts?
No. We maintain strict boundaries. Gal Sync creates a specific group/container and only manages the records it originally created. It never touches your friends or family.
How does background sync work?
As a Premium feature, we request iOS to wake the app periodically (usually daily or weekly depending on usage patterns) to perform a silent delta sync. However, iOS entirely dictates when and if this happens to save battery.
Do I need IT approval to use this?
Depending on your company's Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) configuration, you may need an administrator to approve the app's read-only permissions. If your login triggers an "Admin Approval Required" screen, share our Enterprise Security & Trust Guide with your IT helpdesk for rapid approval.
