1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using the Gal Sync iOS app ("the App"), provided by OPKonsult ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Gal Sync is an iOS utility designed to synchronize Microsoft 365 directory information into your local iPhone Contacts database to facilitate native Caller ID functionality.

3. Subscriptions (Premium Tier)

Gal Sync offers an optional Premium subscription that unlocks unlimited contacts sync, removes advertisements, and enables best-effort background synchronization.

Subscriptions are billed via Apple's App Store (StoreKit).
Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscriptions securely in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.

4. User Responsibilities

You must ensure that your use of the App complies with your organization's IT and privacy policies concerning the acceptable use of Microsoft 365 directory data on personal or bring-your-own-device (BYOD) phones.

5. Warranties and Liability Limitation

While we strive for a seamless experience, the App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any data loss, although the App is strictly designed to only manage the contacts it explicitly creates. Syncing behaviors and background execution reliability are subject strictly to Apple iOS and Microsoft Graph API limitations. We are not liable for any missed calls, inaccurate caller ID information, or failure of background execution.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OPKonsult is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
